Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility, navigating a toxic environment. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask failure and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and critically, the grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via another grappling point. Answer the phone call; you need to find and place four documents in the file display area.

Manequin-like figures will pursue you. Maintain distance by sprinting. The documents are located: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and the last in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple a red mannequin repeatedly to transform it into a Mangler Zombie, obtaining the Green card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone call. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue card. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns by shooting moving objects to trigger its transformations.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code. Drain the water by activating the switches within the 25-second timer. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to obtain the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. Answer the phone in the BioTech room, engage the zombies and the Disciple. The ensuing cinematic reveals the events were a hallucination.
