Getting Lady Vengeance underway requires exploring the ship, interacting with NPCs, and solving several interconnected puzzles. The ultimate goal is to access Magister Dallis' cabin and obtain the Ancient Empire Songbook.

Investigate Dead Bodies

Begin by searching the bodies of the deceased magisters and ghouls on the deck. A Sodden Diary, containing a password for a stateroom door, is among the loot. You can also potentially obtain the password through a skill check with the northern stateroom door. Additionally, locate a Strange Gem; this is required to interact with the Portside Stateroom door. A magic mirror nearby allows for respeccing characters.

Find the Portside Stateroom

Using the password from the diary (or skill check), access the ship's quarters. Examine Bishop Alexander (west of the cabins) to find a Strange Gem if you haven't already. Interact with the southern stateroom door. The gem and the password ("Fortitude") will unlock it, granting access to Magister Dallis' cabin. A hidden hatch within contains two ghouls and a Teleportation Prism.

Find the Songbook

Inside Dallis' cabin, speak with Tarquin and Dallis thoroughly before searching. The Ancient Empire Songbook rests on a pedestal. Reading it reveals the song needed to move the ship. It is advisable to speak to all NPCs before proceeding, as interaction opportunities are lost once the ship sets sail.

Setting Sail

Return to the deck and inform Malady of your discovery. She will request you sing the song. Locate the dragon figurine to the west and choose the option to sing. Lady Vengeance will begin to move. Be prepared for an immediate ambush by powerful magisters following this event. Ensure your party is adequately prepared for a challenging battle.
