Destiny Child is back! Originally launched in 2016 and archived in September 2023, this beloved game is getting a full revival under Com2uS, taking the reins from ShiftUp.

A Fresh Start?

Com2uS and ShiftUp have partnered to create a brand new Destiny Child experience – an idle RPG. Development will be spearheaded by Com2uS's Tiki Taka Studio, known for titles like the tactical RPG, Arcana Tactics.

This isn't just a re-release; it's a reimagining. While retaining the charm of the original's 2D art style and emotional core, Com2uS promises a completely overhauled gameplay experience.

Remember the Memorial?

Destiny Child's initial launch was a hit, thanks to its captivating characters and dynamic real-time battles. Following its closure after nearly seven years, ShiftUp released a memorial version allowing players to revisit their cherished Childs.

While not a fully functional game, the memorial app lets players relive the stunning character art and fondly remember their collections. Access requires verification using previous account data, limiting access to players with pre-shutdown accounts. It's a nostalgic trip down memory lane, preserving the Childs and their classes, even without combat. If you have access, download it from the Google Play Store – at least until the new game arrives.
