Growth Week Vol. 3 starts December 9th at 4:00 a.m. and ends December 16th at 3:59 a.m. This event offers boosted Sleep EXP and candy rewards. Sleep EXP for your helper Pokémon receives a generous 1.5x multiplier during each sleep session.

Completing your first sleep research of the day also yields a 1.5x candy bonus. Note that this bonus applies only to your first sleep session; additional naps won't receive the extra candy. Daily rewards reset at 4:00 a.m. Optimize your sleep schedule to maximize your gains!

Good Sleep Day #17: A Full Moon Celebration

Following Growth Week, Good Sleep Day #17 runs from December 14th to 17th, conveniently coinciding with the full moon on December 15th. This celestial event increases the appearance rate of Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa.

Future Pokémon Sleep updates promise significant changes:

• Skill Overhaul: Pokémon skills are being reworked to emphasize individual Pokémon characteristics.
