We take care of the rest—ensuring our e-scooters are fully charged and ready for your next adventure. Each scooter comes equipped with two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder, making your journey around the city smooth and convenient.

Creating your emmy account is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for just 4,95€, which includes 15 free minutes of riding.

2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're all set to ride our electric mopeds.

3. Start riding! Use the app to find and reserve an electric moped near you at no extra cost.

4. End your rental by parking the emmy moped in a designated public parking area within our business zone.

How do you start your emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and take out a helmet.

2. Remove it from the kickstand: Position yourself with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.

3. Flip the red switch to “ON”: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is turned on and the side stand is fully retracted. If you're riding a Yadea, press the “P-button.”

4. Start the engine: Pull the moped brake and simultaneously press the “Down” switch on the left handlebar to activate the moped.

In Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, you can ride a NIU scooter, known for its lightweight design perfect for city commuting. In Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich, you'll find the Yadea moped cruising the streets.

When parking, make sure to use designated moped and bike parking spots on the street. Avoid parking in bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

For a one-time fee of 4,95€, you can register and receive 15 free minutes for your first trip (valid for 3 months). You can reserve a moped for free for 15 minutes. Unlocking the moped costs 1 EUR, and you'll be charged 0.33 EUR per minute of riding. You can also pause your ride at a reduced rate.
