Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, the innovative app designed, developed, and deployed for assessing rent-ready spaces. With both web and mobile versions available across all platforms, Rent Ready makes accessing flexible workspaces seamless and straightforward.

How does it work? It's simple:

1. Download the App.
2. Scan the QR code upon entering the space.
3. That's all! Enjoy a hassle-free experience as it should be.

Once inside, immerse yourself in a space equipped with high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans from 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, enjoy unlimited fruits and artisan pastries.

When you're ready to leave, simply scan the QR code to exit, whether you've spent just 30 minutes or a full 12-hour workday. Payment is automatically processed upon ending your session.

How much does it cost? You pay only for the time you use the space: £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT). For groups, meeting rooms accommodating up to 6 people are available at £60 per hour (i.e., £50 + VAT) and can be pre-booked through the app in 30-minute slots.

Where are we located? Our first location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ. Stay tuned as more locations will soon open across the UK.
