Should you encounter any issues during the connection process, the 'Need Help' section within the app offers comprehensive guidance and support.
For scenarios requiring an exceptionally stable connection, such as complete software flashing of control units, we recommend using a LAN cable for connecting your VCI to the internet, rather than relying on Wi-Fi.
