We've noticed that some Android 11 devices experience crashes immediately after launching the app. A potential solution is to perform an "Erase Storage" operation. Here's how you can do it:

Procedure:

1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Apps and Notifications"
3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list
4. Open "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

Please note that this will delete your "parking lot posting history," which cannot be restored. This issue stems from Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. While we await a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend trying "Erase Storage" if you encounter this issue.
