Please be aware that due to hardware limitations, not all smartphones equipped with NFC technology can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to successfully write these tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows you to choose and record (purchase) a specific amount for your travel needs.

Our app supports over 90 types of tickets, encompassing all existing ticket types. This includes tickets for the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD), Moscow Central Ring (MCR), and special tickets for social cards, including those for students.

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us, ensuring your transactions remain secure.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device. For the exact location of the antenna, please refer to your device's user manual.

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
