Step 1: Download the app for free and set up your profile.

Step 2: Enter the dates of your stay in the European Union.

Step 3: When shopping, request a "VAT invoice made out to ZappTax" from the merchant. Snap photos of your invoices and upload them to the app or email them to [email protected].

Step 4: At the end of your stay, click to automatically generate your tax-free forms. You'll receive one or more forms detailing all your purchases.

Step 5: Before leaving the EU, validate your tax refund forms electronically at customs by scanning the forms' barcode at a self-service kiosk (PABLO in France and DIVA in Spain) or by showing your passport to a customs agent in Belgium.
