The nominees for the prestigious 2025 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards have been announced, recognizing excellence across the comic book industry. Often described as the Oscars of comics, these awards spotlight the year's most outstanding creative achievements.

Fantagraphics leads the nominations with 24 nods (plus one shared), followed closely by DC Comics with 10 nominations (and nine shared). Wonder Woman scribe Tom King emerges as the most-nominated creator with four nominations, while several others earned three nods each.

Former IGN Editor Among Nominees

Comics fans may recognize former IGN Comics editor Joey Esposito among the nominees. His collaboration with Sean Von Gorman, The Pedestrian, contends for Best New Series against heavyweights like Absolute Batman and The Power Fantasy.

The winners will be unveiled July 25 during San Diego Comic-Con's ceremony at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Below are the nominees across various categories:
