As mentioned earlier, the LEGO market can be pricey, especially with new sets aimed at adults often surpassing $200. It's easy to get carried away with these alluring creations. Balancing the joy of treating yourself with financial responsibility is crucial unless you have endless funds.

The LEGO Super Mario Piranha Plant, priced under $50, was within my comfort zone. The hours spent building it and the daily happiness it brings me affirm that the investment was worthwhile. Is that daily joy worth more than $50? Absolutely. But that's the limit I've set for myself.
