Capcom Revives Nostalgic IPs

Capcom重启经典IP的计划持续进行中，以《大神》和《鬼武者》系列为首。
《大神》和《鬼武者》系列重启
在12月13日发布的新闻稿中，卡普空宣布了新的《鬼武者》和《大神》游戏，并表示将继续致力于重启过去的IP，为玩家带来高质量的内容。
全新的《鬼武者》游戏设定在京都的江户时代，将于2026年发布。卡普空还宣布了《大神》的续作，但尚未公布发售日期。这款游戏将由初代游戏的导演和开发团队共同开发。
卡普空表示：“卡普空正致力于重启那些近期没有推出新作品的沉寂IP。公司正在努力通过利用其丰富的游戏内容库来进一步提升公司价值，这包括重启上面宣布的两个IP以及其他经典IP，从而持续制作高效、高质量的游戏。”
该公司目前还在开发《怪物猎人：荒野》和《卡普空格斗收藏集2》，两款游戏都计划于2025年发布。尽管有此公告，卡普空仍在开发新游戏。最近，它发布了诸如《九十九神：女神之路》和《异形入侵》等游戏。
卡普空“超级选举”或将揭示未来作品
2024年2月，卡普空举办了一次“超级选举”，玩家可以投票选择他们最喜欢的角色和最想看到的续作。投票结束后，卡普空公布了玩家最期待的续作和重制作品，其中包括《恐龙危机》、《黑暗潜行者》、《鬼武者》和《勇者斗恶龙》。
《恐龙危机》和《黑暗潜行者》系列几十年来几乎没有受到关注，它们最后的作品分别于1997年和2003年发布。《勇者斗恶龙6》是一款于2016年7月推出的在线RPG，但在2017年9月关闭后仅运营了一年多。因此，这些知名系列IP大部分都沉寂已久，或许是时候进行重制或推出续作了。
