Gamescom Latam 2024 Crowns "What the Car?" Best Mobile Game

Gamescom Latam, the inaugural gaming event held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, concluded last week, showcasing Latin America's burgeoning gaming scene and celebrating global achievements. A highlight was the game awards, presented in partnership with the BIG Festival. The awards ceremony featured 13 categories, with finalists selected by a panel of 49 judges. All nominees were playable on the show floor, a refreshing blend of mobile and PC titles.

The "Best Mobile Game" award went to Triband ApS's "What the Car?", a deserving winner. Previously featured in an article highlighting lesser-known gems, this win shines a well-deserved spotlight on the game.

While "What the Car?" took home the top prize, the other mobile nominees also deserve recognition for their high-quality gameplay:
