Clash of Clans, a cornerstone of mobile gaming history, is about to undergo a significant transformation. Supercell, acknowledging the game's age and the need for modernization, is set to remove troop training times entirely. This monumental change means players can now deploy their armies almost instantly, diving into battles more swiftly than ever before.

This follows Supercell's earlier decision in 2022 to eliminate training costs, marking another step in streamlining the gameplay experience. However, with the removal of troop training times, players need to be mindful of their existing Training Potions and Training Treats. These items will no longer be available for purchase or found in chest rewards. They can still be acquired through the Trader and Gold Pass until the end of the month, after which they will be converted into Gems. It's a clear case of "use them or lose them."

To aid players in adapting to this new dynamic, Supercell is introducing a feature called "Match Anytime." This allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base when no real-time opponents are available. You'll earn rewards from these matches, but players whose bases are used won't lose anything if defeated. This mechanic, already used in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now become a standard feature.
