In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Locate Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues before leaving.

Completing the Quest:

To solve the mystery, you must follow two separate investigative paths. Remember to remove any Town Guard gear before questioning anyone.

Lead 1: Captain Shirker:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He'll direct you to The Illusion, a weapons dealer, and suggest impersonating "Sam" (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper) to get a monobrow.

Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:

Question patrons at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). This will lead you to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Catch one, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), and hide it inside the fish.

Give the fish to the Fishmonger, hide, and observe the Furtive Stranger who purchases it.

Follow the Stranger to Monab Row. Remove your Guard armor to reveal your monobrow, identify yourself as "Sam," and defeat the Level 30 thief in combat. Retrieve the Plumbatae and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
