Mikami openly stated his desire for a Killer7 sequel, calling the original one of his personal favorites. Suda51 echoed this enthusiasm, suggesting potential titles like "Killer11" or "Killer7: Beyond."

Killer7, a 2005 action-adventure game known for its blend of horror, mystery, and over-the-top violence, follows Harman Smith and his seven distinct personalities. Despite its cult following and a 2018 PC remaster, a sequel has remained elusive.
