Panam Palmer is one of several romance options available to V in Cyberpunk 2077, but winning her affection requires effort. Romancing Panam involves several quests, but the reward is a fulfilling relationship in the harsh world of Night City. To begin, ensure you're playing as a male V (both voice and body type). The romance unfolds across several key missions in Act 2.

Complete Ghost Town

This main job, following "Playing for Time," introduces you to Panam. After meeting Rogue, you'll meet Panam and agree to help her recover her car. Whether you use stealth or brute force in Rocky Ridge is irrelevant; focus on helping Panam and agreeing to her revenge plan against Nash. At the Sunset Motel, choose either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" when toasting. Flirt by suggesting a single room. This sets the stage for the next quest.

Complete Lightning Breaks

This mission focuses on taking down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices have minimal impact on the romance; just stick with Panam and follow her lead. This mission directly leads into "Life During Wartime."

Complete Life During Wartime

Following the Kang Tao AV incident, prioritize helping Mitch. Choose "I’m sorry about Scorpion." When confronted by the Aldecaldos and Saul, defend Panam by selecting "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." Respond to Panam's message with "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." After a few in-game days, Panam will contact you to start "Riders on the Storm." It's crucial to respond promptly; waiting more than 24 in-game hours risks failure.

Complete Riders of the Storm

Rescue Saul from the Wraiths. Stealth or direct assault doesn't affect the romance. After escaping, during the argument between Panam and Saul, choose either "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." At the motel, use flirtatious dialogue: "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?", "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am", or "\[Touch Panam’s thigh\] Got a few ideas." After waking up, Panam’s rejection paves the way for a later development.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

Agree to help Panam. Choose "OK, I’m in" and "I’m riding with you." At the communications tower, select the following dialogue options: "\[Stand by window\] Missed you," "So let’s start," "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good," "Why’s it different with me?", "\[Touch Panam’s hand\] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, choose "\[Scooch closer\] Gotten kinda cold." Complete the mission as instructed.

Complete Queen of the Highway

After waiting a day, return to the Aldecaldos camp. Flirt with Panam: "Nice and cozy in here." After the Basilisk battle, choose "\[Let Panam touch you\] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." This leads to a romantic scene. Post-battle dialogue options: "\[Drink\] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…," "I’d love to. But I can’t," or "\[Stand\] I’ll think it over, I promise." Finally, choose "I can stay for a bit. Thanks" and then "\[Kiss Panam\] Thanks for being here for me."

How to Go on Dates with Panam

Post-romance, the mission "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" becomes available. Invite Panam to one of your apartments (excluding Dogtown) for a cozy night in.
