Disney has just announced an exciting event for fans, Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney. Mark your calendars, as tickets for this immersive experience will go on sale on April 14, 2025. The event is scheduled to take place at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort from August 29 to 31, promising an unforgettable experience filled with exclusive presentations from the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Studios, spectacular entertainment, and a deep dive into the enchanting worlds of Disney. Attendees can also look forward to a variety of interactive activations and unique shopping experiences.

To snag your tickets, you'll need to be a D23 Gold Member when they become available on April 14 at 10am PT/1pm ET. Membership starts at $49.99 per year for the Gold tier, which offers a slew of benefits including access to other exclusive events and special merchandise. Higher tiers provide even more perks, and you can explore all the options here.

Ticket prices start at $299 for general admission, with limited quantities of Preferred tickets at $549 and Premiere tickets at $799 available on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets include dedicated queues for reserved seating areas, and D23 Gold Members can reserve a ticket for themselves and one guest.

The event itself will feature over 25 specially curated presentations spanning The Walt Disney Company, alongside an exclusive D23 Shopping Spree experience. While specific details on the presentations are yet to be unveiled, shopping enthusiasts can expect to find highly coveted items at The Walt Disney Company Store, Mickey's of Glendale, Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and Ink & Paint Marketplace.

On August 30, all attendees are invited to a special 25th-anniversary celebration of The Emperor's New Groove at the D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon. The following day, August 31, will see the Disney '80s-'90s Celebration in Concert, featuring Broadway and Disney Animation stars for a night to remember.

The event will also showcase The Walt Disney Archives: Charting the Course, Disney Global Stories & Inspirations, celebrating the diverse cultures that have influenced Disney's beloved stories. Highlights include Dwayne Johnson's Jungle Cruise costume, animation maquettes from The Lion King and Mulan, and original puppets from EPCOT's Tapestry of Nations.

For those arriving a few days early, there will be D23 Nights at Disney Springs and a nostalgic A Goofy Movie Throwback Premiere on August 28.
