The Junji Ito collection brings Ito's signature surreal horror to life in Dead by Daylight. Killers like The Dredge, The Trickster, The Twins, The Spirit, and The Artist receive new skins. The Spirit and The Artist boast Legendary rarity skins, complete with unique audio and sound effects. The Spirit transforms into Tomie, while The Artist becomes Miss Fuchi. Survivors Yui Kimura, Yun-Jin Lee, and Kate Denson also join the macabre celebration.

Junji Ito himself expressed delight at seeing his creations adapted for Dead by Daylight, noting their enhanced terror within the game's environment. He even participated in a gameplay session, wielding The Artist's Miss Fuchi skin.
