Open Drive is built around one core principle: play your way. Whether you prefer touch controls, keyboard and mouse, switch access, or a standard controller, the game adapts seamlessly to your preferred input method. What truly sets it apart is its support for alternative control schemes—especially eye gaze technology.

For the first time on mobile, players can use a compatible eye gaze camera to steer simply by looking left or right. This innovative feature opens up immersive open-world driving to individuals with physical disabilities who may not be able to use traditional touch or gamepad inputs. The eye control functionality is designed to work across all four dynamic environments: Stunt, Speed, Snow, and Meadow.

Gameplay is highly customizable and flexible. Take a relaxed drive through scenic landscapes collecting orbs, or push your skills to the limit chasing high scores and pulling off wild stunts with vehicles like the Roadster, Trickster, and Speedster. You can even adjust vehicle speed to match your comfort level, making the game accessible to players of all abilities.

Open Drive Is Now Out in Early Access

The game automatically detects your chosen control method and adjusts settings accordingly. Full support for Switch Access on Android ensures that even more players can get behind the virtual wheel. Each input type—touch, mouse, keyboard, controller, or switch—comes with its own tailored setup options.

Touch users can choose between ‘Precise’ and ‘Classic’ modes, offering different ways to steer via taps or directional input. Similarly, switch access and external controllers have configurable layouts to suit individual needs and preferences.

While Open Drive is already available in early access on the Google Play Store, full eye control integration is still pending.
