Bethesda has just unveiled the electrifying details of Fallout 76 Season 20: "Glow of the Ghoul." This update introduces a game-changing mechanic: ghoul transformation. Become a ghoul and enjoy complete radiation immunity—radiation will actually heal you! However, this transformation comes with a twist: some factions will turn hostile towards ghouls, dramatically altering your interactions within the game world.

Available to players from level 50 onwards, this transformation eliminates the need to worry about hunger and thirst. But it introduces a new layer of strategic depth: managing your feral progression and radiation levels. Higher radiation levels unlock unique and powerful perks. You can even redesign your C.A.M.P. with a radioactive makeover to match your new, glowing form. And if you decide to return to your human form, you can do so at any time.
