Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo

New Kameo Fighter

Mortal Kombat 1 has unveiled the official trailer for its newest Kameo fighter, Madam Bo, the spirited owner of Fengjian Teahouse. Alongside the menacing T-1000 from Terminator 2, Madam Bo is slated to make her grand entrance on March 18th, 2025, as part of the Kombat Pack 2 and the expansive Khaos Reigns DLC.

Before stepping into her role as an assist character, Madam Bo played a significant part in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. She was initially defeated by the Lin Kuei assassin Smoke, a staged event designed to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Despite her unassuming appearance, Madam Bo is no stranger to combat, having once been associated with the Lin Kuei and serving as a skilled mentor to Raiden and Kung Lao.

The gameplay footage showcases Madam Bo's dynamic fighting style as she assists her pupils with powerful strikes, including devastating kicks and punches. Her unique arsenal includes smashing glass bottles and a spectacular finishing move that sees her cleanly decapitate her opponent, catching the head on a tea tray with precision.

T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut

Alongside Madam Bo, the chilling T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgment Day will also debut on March 18th. This liquid metal assassin brings its shapeshifting abilities to the Mortal Kombat universe, wielding a sharp sword and a formidable machine gun to take down adversaries.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

The inclusion of Madam Bo and T-1000 is part of the expansive Khaos Reigns DLC for Mortal Kombat 1. This expansion extends the New Era storyline of Liu Kang, offering a new campaign and a cinematic experience. Players will follow Liu Kang as he leads his champions against the menacing Titan Havik, who threatens the stability of the New Era.

The Kombat Pack 2, a component of the DLC, introduces a variety of characters, both new and returning. The rollout began with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax in September 2024, followed by the addition of Ghostface from the Scream franchise in November and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will complete this exciting lineup later this month.
