Obtaining the Free Company Submarine

1. Free Company Membership and Rank: Ensure your Free Company (FC) is established and has reached rank 6. This rank unlocks access to necessary vendors for purchasing Ceruleum Tanks. Reaching rank 6 is achievable through collaborative in-game activities such as dungeon clearing, leveling, and crafting/gathering.
