To reach the Cell Garden, navigate to the main cell block of Level 2: 2-A000. From your cell, glance to the left corner of the block where you'll spot a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with this room to transport to 2-E165, the same location where you encountered Enzo.

Upon arriving at 2-E165, veer right and follow the wall to another small room housing a device that will whisk you away to 2-G100. The final step involves entering the far room in 2-G100, which houses the device leading directly to the Cell Garden.

This sequence to access the Cell Garden is uniform across all levels. To expedite your travels, consider unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement, significantly reducing the trek to this valuable resource area.
