Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! On January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls launches, bringing with it the highly anticipated Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four, alongside new maps, a fresh game mode, and a new battle pass.

A recent gameplay trailer showcases Invisible Woman's unique abilities. She's classified as a Strategist, utilizing a primary attack that damages foes while simultaneously healing allies. A knockback ability keeps enemies at bay, complemented by her signature invisibility and a double jump for enhanced mobility. She can also deploy a protective shield for allies and unleash an ultimate ability creating a zone of invisibility, disrupting long-range attacks.

The trailer also offered a glimpse of Mister Fantastic, a character described by fans as a hybrid of Vanguard and Duelist classes, boasting above-average health for a DPS character. His abilities include stretching attacks and a defensive buff increasing his durability.

While the arrival of Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman is imminent, fans will need to be patient for Human Torch and The Thing, slated for a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch. NetEase Games has confirmed that full seasons will run for approximately three months.

Interestingly, the absence of Blade, despite data leaks suggesting his presence in game files, has been noted. With Dracula confirmed as the main antagonist of Season 1, many anticipated Blade's inclusion. However, his debut will have to wait.

Despite this minor setback, the upcoming content has generated considerable excitement among fans, who eagerly await the next developments from NetEase Games.
