Genshin Impact's Version 5.4 update, titled 'Moonlight Amidst Dreams,' is set to launch on February 12th, inviting players to immerse themselves in the enchanting Mikawa Flower Festival. This centuries-old celebration brings together humans and youkai to revel in life and lore, offering a unique blend of cultural richness and interactive fun.

The Mikawa festival introduces a series of delightful and challenging mini-games. In 'A Little Fox's Daydream,' you'll guide a charming little fox through dreamlike landscapes, munching on Fried Tofu as you navigate towards its goal. 'Bunshin Phantasm' challenges you with Muji-Muji Daruma, which mimics your moves from the previous round; your task is to use these imitated actions to reach the end within three tries. Returning favorite 'Akitsu Harpastum' tasks you with dodging a barrage of bullets while skillfully returning your harpastum to maintain your vitality above zero. Collect Festival Stamps to earn rewards, including the new 4-star polearm, 'Tamayuratei no Ohanashi.'

The spotlight shines on Yumemizuki Mizuki, a 5-star Anemo Catalyst user. In her Dreamdrifter state, she deals area-of-effect Anemo damage while enhancing her team's Swirl effect upon landing elemental hits. Her Elemental Burst conjures a Mini Baku that dispenses special snacks. Mizuki will debut in the first half of the update alongside Sigewinne's rerun, with Furina and Wriothesley returning for their reruns in the second half. If you miss Mizuki's initial run, don't worry—she'll be added to the Standard Wish banner in Version 5.5.
