What Are the New Among Us Roles?
This update introduces the Tracker and Noisemaker for Crewmates, and the Phantom for Impostors. The Tracker can monitor a crewmate's location on the map for a limited time, helping to expose impostors' lies and keep the crew safe. The Noisemaker, when eliminated, triggers a loud alert and visual cue, giving crewmates a chance to catch the killer in action. And for the Impostors, the Phantom can activate invisibility after a kill, allowing for sneaky escapes and increased confusion.
Beyond the new roles, the Among Us lobby interface has received a significant overhaul. The room code, map details, player counts, and other settings are now clearly displayed. Several bugs have also been squashed, including fixes for ladder animations in The Airship, Shapeshifter transformations during meetings, and ensuring pet visibility in the game.
