Suzerain, the critically acclaimed narrative government simulation game, is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a major mobile relaunch on December 11th, 2024. Torpor Games is forgoing typical anniversary celebrations in favor of a significant update bringing the mobile experience in line with the PC version.

Originally launched on Android in December 2022, Suzerain tasks players with governing the fictional nation of Sordland, navigating complex political landscapes and making impactful decisions. This relaunch introduces substantial enhancements.

Expanded Narrative: The Kingdom of Rizia Arrives

The most significant addition is the inclusion of the Kingdom of Rizia, previously unavailable on mobile. Players can now experience the complete narrative arc, encompassing the political intricacies of both Sordland and Rizia.

Progression System and Cloud Saves

New features include Political Influence Levels and Story Points, earned through daily challenges and achievements. These contribute to faster progression and unlock more story content. A cloud save system ensures game progress is preserved, though cross-platform saving isn't yet implemented.

Freemium Model and Pricing

The relaunch adopts a freemium model. Players can experience the game for free by watching ads and earning Story Points. Alternatively, premium story packs for Sordland ($19.99) and Rizia ($14.99) are available, alongside various subscription options ranging from daily to monthly passes. A Lifetime Pass provides permanent ad-free access to all content.
