The Signal Redirector is a unique tool in Atomfall that you won't find through typical means like trading or scavenging from corpses. Instead, it's tied to a specific location and character – Dr. Diane Garrow, a former B.A.R.D scientist.

To start your journey, you'll need to pick up a lead from Wyndham Village that points you to Dr. Garrow's location. Your mission then becomes a rescue operation to save her from the depths of the Protocol prison camp in Skethermoor.

Navigating to the prison camp is no small feat, as it's heavily guarded by Protocol soldiers. A smart approach is to first meet Captain Grant Sims in Wyndham Village. By assisting him with tasks like recovering stolen items, you can gain favor with Protocol, making your infiltration easier.

Once prepared, head to the Protocol prison camp located on the southernmost border of Skethermoor. The entrance to the underground prison is at the end of the southernmost road, marked by a giant green door.
