As shared in their latest X (formerly Twitter) post, Hades 2 has been in early access since May 6, 2024. Developer Supergiant celebrated this milestone by expressing gratitude to fans for their support and indicating that they are edging closer to the game's full release.

Their post reads, "It's been incredibly exciting and eye-opening as we've worked to realize the potential so many of you see in our game. Thank you for all your feedback and patience as we get closer to the finish line!"

The original Hades also followed a similar path, spending 22 months in early access before its full release. However, Supergiant aims to expedite Hades 2’s full release, starting with a time-exclusive launch on the Nintendo Switch 2.
