Clash Royale is finally giving the Inferno Dragon the spotlight it’s long deserved. After years of soaring through battles without an Evolution of its own, the fiery Legend has officially leveled up. To celebrate this epic milestone, Supercell joined forces with none other than Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a hilariously dramatic reveal.

It Was a Tough Negotiation—But Worth It

The Inferno Dragon first entered the Clash Royale arena nine years ago, and now, fans can finally witness its Evolution form. In the official trailer, Ismo Leikola takes on a standout role as the dragon’s flamboyant Hollywood agent, negotiating the ultimate career upgrade.

Spoiler alert: the dragon is done with Clash Royale and ready for stardom—Hollywood style.

The Evolution Changes the Game

The evolved Inferno Dragon brings a powerful twist to combat. While the original version resets its damage ramp when switching targets, the Evolution form maintains its damage buildup—making it even deadlier in prolonged fights and far more effective against multiple threats.

A New Season: How to Evolve Your Dragon!

This Evolution rollout is part of the brand-new season titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!. Alongside the Inferno Dragon’s upgrade, the 2v2 League returns, letting you climb the ladder with a friend or a random partner.

Starting from Arena 7, Milestone Events offer exciting rewards such as 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 rewards players with a Battle Banner (frame and decoration) and an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows up with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

Evolution Takes Center Stage in Game Modes

To help players experience the new Evolution cards, Supercell has lined up a series of limited-time events throughout June and early July:

• Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft: June 2nd – 9th
• Inferno Dragon Challenge: June 6th – 9th (rewards: Battle Banner and Emote)
• Evolution Mayhem: June 9th – 16th (up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck)
• Magical Trio: June 16th – 23rd
• 4 Card Showdown: June 23rd – 30th
• Evolution Bonanza: June 30th – July 7th (up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck)
