Japanese Rhythm Game Kamitsubaki City Ensemble Drops Soon On Android

Get ready to dive into the enchanting world of Kamitsubaki City Ensemble, the upcoming rhythm game developed by Studio Lalala. Mark your calendars for August 29, 2024, when the Japanese version will launch on Android, iOS, PC, Switch, and other consoles. Priced at a modest $3 (440 Yen), it's an affordable addition to your gaming collection.

What’s Kamitsubaki City Ensemble About?

Imagine a world in ruins, where everything is destroyed, yet a flicker of hope remains. This hope comes in the form of AI girls who have survived the apocalypse. Their mission? To revive melodies and restore the world to its former glory.

Set against a post-apocalyptic backdrop, Kamitsubaki City Ensemble unravels the mystery of the world's destruction and the origin of these AI girls as you progress through the game. Your journey involves uncovering the truth and assisting these girls in rebuilding the world through the healing power of music.

The game introduces you to five AI girls and five witches, whose performances you'll synchronize with by hitting rhythm buttons. With four difficulty levels—easy, normal, hard, and pro—and gameplay ranging from four to seven lanes, there's a challenge for every player. From the first note to the last beat, you'll guide these AI girls on their musical journey.

The base game comes packed with 48 songs, and with the season pass, you'll enjoy a continuous flow of new tracks. To get a taste of what Kamitsubaki City Ensemble has to offer, check out the official trailer below:

The game's tracklist is a collection of hits from Kamitsubaki Studio and the Musical Isotope series, featuring songs like 'Devour the Past,' 'Carnivorous Plant,' 'Sirius’s Heart,' and 'Terra.' Stay updated with the latest news by visiting the official website.
