ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration is LIVE! Prepare for aerial combat, underwater battles, and land-based assaults alongside a squad of powerful female characters.

ETE Chronicle's initial Japanese launch received mixed reviews due to its unexpected turn-based gameplay, a stark contrast to the anticipated mecha action. However, the developers responded to player feedback, completely overhauling the game for its Chinese release, resulting in a true action title. This revamped version, ETE Chronicle:Re, replaces the original Japanese version, with player purchases from the original carrying over.

A World in Ruins:

ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a chaotic future where humanity struggles for survival. The Yggdrasil Corporation, utilizing technology derived from extraterrestrial remnants, created the Galar tactical exoskeleton and, with their orbital base Tenkyu, devastated the Earth.

The remaining survivors formed the Humanity Alliance, wielding the E.T.E. – a new generation of combat machines piloted by skilled female operatives. As an enforcer, your decisions will shape both the battles and the fates of these characters.

Dynamic Real-Time Combat:

Command a team of four characters in fast-paced, half-real-time battles. Strategic thinking and quick reflexes are vital as you adapt to the ever-changing battlefield and enemy attacks.

Concerns remain regarding the reboot, stemming from the original's repetitive gameplay loop, fixed enemy distances preventing flanking maneuvers, and the simultaneous control of all characters, limiting tactical flexibility. Whether ETE Chronicle:Re addresses these issues remains to be seen.
