Shadow Milk Cookie and Candy Apple Cookie join the battle, bringing unique abilities and strategic depth to gameplay. Episode 7: Spire of Shadows unfolds, presenting fresh challenges and rewarding adventures.

Shadow Milk Cookie, a powerful Cookie drawing energy from another dimension, unleashes his "Puppet Show" skill. This skill targets low-HP enemies, inflicting consistent damage culminating in a devastating Grand Finale that affects all enemies and applies a damaging Taint effect. Even after defeat, he transforms, continuing his puppet attacks.

Candy Apple Cookie, wielding a colossal lollipop, crushes enemies, diminishing their attack and defense. His attack shatters, creating HP shields for allies and boosting their attack power. The shards further amplify damage dealt to enemies, establishing him as a valuable asset in battle.

The Spire of Shadows storyline introduces the Confusion and Distortion mechanics (previously seen in Stage 7-4). Confusion increases damage taken by the team, while simultaneously empowering Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The Domain of Deceit effect, active on certain stages, lessens the damage these Cookies receive, adding a strategic layer to combat.

Players will also accompany Pure Vanilla Cookie on his journey to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering pivotal memories and secrets that shape the Cookie World's destiny. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions, enabling the collection of Yeast Ore and increased Rainbow Pearls at the Trade Harbor.
