Hideo Kojima recently shared news about Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. He confirmed that the lead voice actors for the Japanese dub have finished their recordings, indicating that the process is nearing completion. Although the recording continues for other segments, the momentum suggests a significant milestone has been reached.
In recent sessions, the actors have been focusing on an essential scene featuring six pivotal characters from the game. To mark this achievement, the team celebrated with a small gathering and captured group photos. Kojima expressed mixed emotions, both joyous and bittersweet, as he prepares to part ways with the talented cast but looks forward to future collaborations.
Details about Death Stranding 2 will debut during the SXSW 2025 festival on the evening of March 10th. While speculation surrounds the possibility of an official release date announcement, nothing has been confirmed yet.
