Konami's developers have provided an update on the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura confirmed that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality game that meets fan expectations.

In a recent 4Gamer interview, Okamura stated that the team is intensely focused on completing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater by 2025. While the game is currently playable from start to finish, the remaining development time will be dedicated to polishing details and enhancing overall quality.

Previous speculation suggested a 2024 release, but those plans have been adjusted. The remake is now officially targeted for release next year across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The remake promises to faithfully capture the essence of the original while seamlessly integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical enhancements, Okamura hinted at new features designed to elevate the overall gaming experience.
