Aetherdrift, Magic: The Gathering's upcoming set, features a multiverse death race. We have an exclusive preview of two cards: Cloudspire Coordinator and Count on Luck.

Cloudspire Coordinator, an uncommon, showcases the red-white pairing. Representing the Cloudspire Racing Team from Kylem (introduced in Battlebond), it focuses on vehicle piloting. Its 3 power allows it to crew vehicles, and its activated ability generates Pilot tokens for additional crewing.

Count on Luck, a rare, is a 3-mana enchantment. At the start of each of your turns, you exile the top card of your library and may play it that turn – a form of "impulse draw," beneficial for mono-red decks.

Also revealed are extended-art and First-Place Foil versions of Count on Luck. First-Place Foils, shiny gold cards, are exclusive to randomized buy-a-box promo packs included with each Aetherdrift box. All rares and 10 full-art lands receive this treatment.

Aetherdrift launches February 14th (physical and digital), with prereleases starting February 7th. Further details on set mechanics are available here.
