Marvel Rivals Apologizes for Banning Non-Cheaters
Marvel Rivals 误封大量无辜玩家，官方致歉！
网易开发的Marvel Rivals游戏近期误封了大量无辜玩家，官方已对此事公开道歉。此次事件源于游戏开发者在打击外挂过程中，错误地将使用兼容性软件的玩家识别为作弊者。
Steam Deck、Mac 和 Linux 用户受影响
1月3日凌晨，Marvel Rivals社区经理James在官方Discord服务器上宣布，一些使用兼容性程序（例如在Mac、Linux系统和Steam Deck上运行游戏）的玩家被错误地标记为作弊者，即使他们没有使用任何作弊软件。网易近期一直在大力打击作弊行为，但误将许多非Windows用户错认为作弊者。
目前，问题已得到解决，受影响玩家的封禁已被解除。“我们已经确定了这些误封背后的具体原因，并编制了受影响玩家的名单。我们已经解除了这些封禁，并对由此造成的不便表示诚挚的歉意。”官方同时表示，如果玩家遇到实际的作弊行为，应立即举报；如果玩家被错误封禁，可以向游戏内或Discord的客服团队申诉。
值得注意的是，SteamOS的兼容性层Proton此前也曾因触发某些反作弊系统而引发类似问题。
呼吁全等级开放角色禁用功能
另一方面，许多Marvel Rivals玩家呼吁在所有等级开放角色禁用（ban）功能。目前，该功能仅在钻石段位及以上开放。玩家认为，开放角色禁用功能可以平衡游戏，让低段位玩家也能学习和体验这一机制，从而促进更丰富的团队策略，避免单纯的DPS队伍组合。
Reddit论坛上，玩家Expert_Recover_7050表达了不满：“一遍又一遍，无法禁用，无法战胜。我知道你在你的第17个小号上进行‘青铜到大师挑战’来制作YouTube视频，可以在白金段位中击败玩家，但我作为一名理应在白金段位的玩家，却无法在对手拥有如此巨大优势的情况下击败其他白金玩家。为什么钻石及以上玩家可以享受游戏乐趣，而我们却不行？”
许多高段位玩家对此表示赞同，认为在所有等级开放角色禁用机制，有助于新手学习，并提升游戏策略深度。
网易方面尚未对此回应，后续进展值得关注。
