⚫︎ Marvel Rivals has announced that following the successful launch of Season 1, the game will introduce a new hero every 6 weeks. Each season, spanning 2 months, will feature two new heroes for the community to enjoy. Season 1 is unique, with two heroes released in each half: Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman in the first half, followed by Human Torch and the Thing in the second.

⚫︎ In an effort to remove cheaters, Marvel Rivals conducted a large-scale ban wave. Unfortunately, this also affected innocent players using non-Windows operating systems like Linux or the Steam Deck. The developers quickly reversed these bans and issued apologies to the affected players.

⚫︎ Marvel Rivals and Path of Exile 2 both launched to great acclaim, setting record-high player counts. Marvel Rivals reached over 480,000 peak concurrent players, while Path of Exile 2 surpassed 570,000.
