Marvel Snap is back online, but Second Dinner aren\'t happy and is seeking a new publisher
Marvel Snap, the popular card battler from Second Dinner, is back online in the US after a tumultuous period. However, the developer's relationship with its current publisher, Nuverse (a ByteDance subsidiary), has soured, leading Second Dinner to actively seek a new publishing partner.
The game's temporary unavailability stemmed from the recent TikTok ban, a move that apparently bypassed Second Dinner, resulting in a jarring "banned" message for US players. This lack of communication, coupled with player backlash over lost login rewards and disrupted gameplay, has understandably angered the developer.
