The latest Marvel Snap season, Legacy, is here, spotlighting Sam Wilson's ascension as Captain America. This introduces exciting new gameplay mechanics. Sam Wilson's card ability adds Cap's Shield to a random location at the start of each match. You can strategically move this indestructible Shield, boosting Sam's power by +2 each time it lands in his location.

This season expands the roster with several new characters throughout February. Joaquín Torres arrives February 4th, followed by Iron Patriot and Thaddeus Ross on the 11th. Redwing joins on the 18th, and Diamondback concludes the month on the 25th. These Series 5 cards will be available in the Token Shop and Spotlight Cache.

Two new locations add strategic depth: the Smithsonian Museum, which grants Ongoing abilities +1 Power per card, and Madripoor, boosting the highest-cost card by +2 Power after each turn. These locations encourage diverse deck building strategies.

Collectors can look forward to new albums brimming with avatars, emotes, and variants. The Viktor Farro album (February 4th) offers rewards like a Darkhawk variant and collector's tokens. The Lemon Fashion album (February 25th) features exclusive Elsa Bloodstone content.
