The Master Strike isn't immediately available. After completing the tutorial, locate Bara the beggar in Troskowitz. She'll point you towards Tomcat, initiating the "Combat Training" side quest.

Find Tomcat at the Nomads' Camp (near the Cumans' Camp and Bozhena's Hut). Complete "Combat Training I," then save your game before attempting "Combat Training II." This second training is considerably harder. Victory over Tomcat in this duel unlocks the Master Strike. Consider boosting your Strength stat beforehand to increase your chances of success. Utilizing the Master Strike:

The Master Strike is exclusive to sword combat. During a fight, observe your opponent's weapon stance. Position your sword on the opposite side; if they attack from the left, hold your sword to the right.
