Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) has recently been rated by the ESRB, confirming the return of a notable feature from its predecessors. The game has been given an M for Mature rating, and the ESRB summary highlights the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, a feature that was part of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater's Subsistence and HD Collection editions.

In the Peep Demo Theater, players can view all cutscenes featuring the female spy EVA, but with a twist—she appears in her underwear. This mode allows players to manipulate the camera freely, including zooming in on any part of her body. To unlock this feature, players must collect all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, which typically requires completing the game four times.

While the M rating aligns with the game's themes of violence and gore, as players take on the role of an elite soldier navigating enemy territory, the reintroduction of the "Creepy mode" has caught many fans off guard. In Metal Gear Solid 3, changing camouflage involved pausing the game, navigating through menus, and selecting the desired option, which often disrupted the game's flow, especially during stealth missions.
