Monster Hunter Wilds (MH Wilds) has set a new record as Capcom's fastest-selling game, with sales exceeding 8 million units within three days of its launch. Capcom proudly announced this achievement on their official website, marking MH Wilds as the quickest title to reach this sales milestone in the company's history.

The game's success was evident from the start, as reported by SteamDB, where MH Wilds achieved over 1.3 million concurrent players on Steam, despite receiving mixed reviews. Capcom credits this success to their extensive promotional efforts, including participation in global video game events and an open beta test that allowed players to experience the game firsthand.

Latest Update Addressed Game-Breaking Bug

In response to player feedback, Capcom has released a crucial update for MH Wilds. On March 4, 2025, Monster Hunter's official support account, Monster Hunter Status, announced via Twitter (X) that the hot fix patch Ver.1.000.04.00 is now available across all platforms.
