Digital Sun has promised that Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault will build upon the original game's foundation, offering richer narratives and improved gameplay mechanics. The sequel follows the adventures of protagonist Will, who is on a quest to find his home dimension within the vast world of Trense. Along his journey, Will reconnects with old allies and forms new friendships, all while being guided by a mysterious trader who entrusts him with the mission to find powerful relics that may lead him back home.
