Netflix has officially announced that *Squid Game Season 3* will premiere on June 27, 2025. The streaming giant has released a new poster and a series of images, offering fans "a tantalizing glimpse into the fate of the surviving players."

Continuing directly from the suspenseful conclusion of Season 2, Season 3 delves into the critical decisions facing Gi-hun, portrayed by Lee Jung-jae, as he navigates "overwhelming despair." Meanwhile, the enigmatic Front Man, played by Lee Byung-hun, is seen plotting his next move. Each round of the deadly games leads the surviving players into increasingly perilous situations, promising to escalate the series' signature suspense and drama to new heights. "This season promises to push the limits of suspense and drama, keeping viewers glued to the action," Netflix stated.

The newly unveiled launch poster depicts a chilling scene where a pink guard drags a bloodied contestant toward a coffin adorned with a pink ribbon. "Gone is the rainbow-hued track of Season 2’s six-legged pentathlon; in its place, a vividly swirling flower-pattern floor ominously foreshadows the cutthroat finale to come," Netflix described. The poster also features the sinister silhouettes of Young-hee and her companion Cheol-su, first hinted at in last season's post-credit scene, indicating that even more brutal games await the contestants.
