How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

You can obtain the Hand of Wisdom and Action by defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss found within the Twisted Domain. Access this domain through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone. The Realmgate is conveniently located near the starting point on the Atlas, marked by a home icon that you can click to focus the camera on this area.

Alternatively, you can purchase HoWA from the Path of Exile 2 official trading website, though be prepared for a steep price, as even a poorly rolled HoWA can fetch multiple divines.

How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2

There are two primary methods to acquire a Breachstone in PoE 2:

• Combining Breach Splinters: You can gather 300 Breach Splinters by farming Breach map nodes on the Atlas. These splinters are relatively common, but you'll need to clear numerous Breaches to collect enough. Once you have 300, stack them to form a Breachstone.

Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action

Unfortunately, you cannot obtain the Hand of Wisdom and Action using an Orb of Chance. HoWA is a unique drop from Xesht, We That Are One, and not part of the regular loot pool, unlike items such as Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln. Therefore, attempting to use an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps won't work.
