Remedy Aims for "European Naughty Dog" with Alan Wake 2

Rowley explicitly stated their aspiration to be "the European version of Naughty Dog."

The game's success has firmly established Remedy's place as a leading European game studio. Their ambitions extend beyond the horror genre, mirroring Naughty Dog's mastery of single-player cinematic experiences. Titles like Uncharted and The Last of Us, particularly the latter's award-winning legacy, serve as benchmarks.
Continuing to evolve, Alan Wake 2 receives ongoing updates, even over a year post-launch. Recent enhancements include a significant optimization for the PS5 Pro. A new "Balanced" graphics option cleverly combines the strengths of the PS5 Pro Performance and Quality modes.
These updates also refine the graphical settings, aiming for a smoother framerate and reduced visual noise. In addition to the PS5 Pro enhancements, minor bug fixes address gameplay issues, particularly within the Lake House expansion.
