A moving Reddit post detailed the gamer's experience. Deeply affected by Batman: Arkham Knight's conclusion—where Batman confronts his own fears, paranoia, and hallucinations—the fan saw a powerful reflection of his struggle with schizophrenia. Expressing his gratitude, he shared his condition with Conroy and explained how the Dark Knight's journey gave him strength.

Anticipating a typical Cameo response, he was overwhelmed by Conroy's lengthy message of support and understanding.

“This video has saved me from suicide countless times,” the fan wrote. “Hearing Batman say he believed in me was incredibly powerful… But as time went on, it became just as important that it was Kevin himself who believed in me.”
